Rayne loves working with and helping people. Working in HR presents new and exciting ways to interact with people daily. Rayne views each employee as an asset of the company and she hopes to ensure they feel that they are. Rayne thrives on developing strong relationships with her coworkers as well as other HR professionals.

Rayne has worked in various areas of HR for the last 12+ years, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Benefits, Leaves of absence, and HR Management. She enjoys being part of the JCCS team and serving the firm and employees HR needs.

Rayne was born and raised in Georgia and she and her family made the move to Montana nearly three years ago. They have enjoyed all it has to offer and spend much of their time outdoors; rafting and camping in the summer and skiing in the winter.
