No matter if it’s 1,000 little pieces of colored cardboard on her side table or a complicated new payroll or bookkeeping issue for a client, Michelle Woods loves solving puzzles. Her organizational abilities and calm manner always help make the puzzle picture come together with the least stress.

To continually accomplish that, Michelle keeps her focus on learning all the aspects of the ever-evolving accounting process. With more than 12 years of experience as an accounting professional, Michelle and the payroll team at JCCS spend great care and thought making sure each client is informed of payroll law changes affecting them. With the recent passing of the new overtime regulations, Michelle was proactive in getting the latest information out to her clients, determining which clients were impacted and how, and then helping each formulate their best plan of action. An informed client leads to a successful client, she says. And the puzzle is complete.

Michelle is a native Montanan who has lived in Great Falls, Billings and Missoula and plans to retire near Flathead Lake … someday!
