As an avid climber of peaks in Glacier National Park one of Craig’s favorite sayings is that of the late great mountaineer Gordon Edwards “Look for the Goat Trail”. Just as Craig enthusiastically and carefully navigates the wilds of Glacier National Park so can he navigate the terrain of accounting and taxation.
With eleven years of experience managing the accounting department of a heavy construction company along with another 9 years of experience in both private and public accounting Craig’s knowledge, combined with that of the entire JCCS team, helps JCCS meet and improve each individual clients’ need. For example, a small client new to public work contracts recently asked for advice on handling prevailing wage rates for his employees. Craig and the JCCS team went to work and devised a plan cutting the employers tax liabilities and providing vital health and retirement benefits to the company’s employees.
Craig was born and raised in Maryville, Missouri but has lived mostly in Montana since 1991. Outside of work Craig enjoys skiing, hiking and camping with his family along with climbing with friends and the Glacier Mountaineering Society.
