Originally from Redding, California, Alexis Williams has called Montana home for the last 18 years. She has six siblings and tries to spend as much time with her family as possible. Along with her human family she has two dogs, Charlie and Hank, who are her pride and joy.

Alexis specializes in retirement plans and in doing so has the skills and experience to interpret plan documents, administer annual non-discrimination testing, reconcile and report the plan activity and prepare the annual government filings to make sure your retirement plan is compliant. Alexis also serves as the technical reviewer for participant distributions. Distribution paperwork is complicated and our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for the participant and ensure the participant can fully and confidently understand the process and various tax consequences.

It is said that the most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and to be understood. Alexis recognizes that every Employer has different provisions in mind for their retirement plan, so she works closely with Employers to customize their plan to meet those retirement goals.
