Paid Friday afternoons off

From May through December, we end our days early and enjoy the beautiful place we call home.

Our high-deductible health plan includes a monthly matching contribution up to $150 into your HSA account.

401(k) profit sharing plan

Each year, we aim to make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution, as well as a 3% Safe Harbor contribution, into our employees’ retirement accounts.

Health Insurance

We cover 85% of our employees’ premiums and 50% of dependents' premiums.

Group Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance

We pay the premium for $50K life insurance and completely cover long-term disability plans. In addition, our Employee Assistance Program offers free 24/7 counseling.

Dental and Vision Insurance

JCCS contributes $12 (dental) and $5 (vision) monthly for participating employees.

We celebrate the standard holidays (plus Tax Relief Day) with down time.

Flexibility
