In her nearly 30 years as an accounting professional, Sallie Brown has accumulated an impressive range of knowledge and experience, including an early-career 15-year stint in Chicago and “corporate America.” But having grown up in the Flathead Valley, Sallie was drawn back to Montana, where she is inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit she sees in Montanans.

Now back home and in public accounting, Sallie thoroughly enjoys being part of her clients’ financial teams and helping them build successful businesses and lives in Big Sky Country. JCCS clients live here because they love Montana and she knows they are driven to both work hard and play hard. She believes that her JCCS team’s role is to handle the details of clients’ financial needs so that each client can focus on what they do best. She does her best so clients can do their best. To illustrate, Sallie points to a conversation with a client who knew she was spending too much time on administrative duties, limiting her available time to actually generate revenue. Sallie and team stepped in and stepped up and now provide expert financial consulting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax services – giving the client much-needed time and energy to pursue growth and additional success of her business.
