As Chief Learning Officer at JCCS, Christine is responsible for the design, development and implementation of impactful training solutions.  As an outdoors enthusiast who also loves to dance, Christine’s passions flow through her dedication for self-improvement and designing and implementing strategies that create positive impact to improve the lives of others.  Originally from Rochester, NY, she raised her 3 sons in Maryland before relocating to Montana 10 years ago.  She embodies the inspiration of Ghandi in that ‘she lives as if she were to die tomorrow; and pushes us all to learn as if we all were to live forever.’

With 20+ years’ experience in the accounting industry and in working closely with JCCS Practice Directors, Christine designs a disciplined and intentional training strategy that provides accelerated learning plans for each team member on an annual basis.  These blueprints for professional development enable staff to continuously learn exponentially across technical and non-technical practice areas.  Practice management teams then work collaboratively with a focus towards applying the best strategies to support each unique client.  Problem solving and advanced planning skills help clients plan and achieve future objectives to meet their financial goals.
