Melanie has 21 years of work experience under her belt. She started working at the age of 12, a few weeks short of turning 13, at what was once called the Bobcat Lodge doing laundry for the motel portion of the building and housekeeping. She worked there with her twin sister until she graduated high school.

Preceding that, she worked on the Flying D Ranch, which is where she was born and raised, in Gallatin Gateway Montana. Being that the ranch was just seasonal, she had to go job hunting, which led her to Town & Country Foods, where she worked for almost 10 years. She started out as a cashier/stocker and throughout her time there, she helped out in every department, became the bakery manager, and ended her time there as an office manager, counting down the cash drawers and making the deposit, etc.

She then moved on to Perry Industries as an administrative assistant and helped in the shop, where they manufactured cover lift systems for hot tubs. After being there for 3 ½ years she was laid off, due to the business closing, which led her to apply to work at JCCS Accounting. She is an administrative assistant and has been with us for two years.

Outside of her work life, she enjoys hiking, camping, being outdoors, spending time with her spoiled dog and her family and friends.
